Marcellino, MPH, CHE, Associate Director, Emergency Management at NYC Health + Hospitals/Coney Island was the 2019 recipient of The Fund for the City of New York’s Sloan Public Service Award. The Sloan Public Service Award is considered the Nobel Prize of city government and is the leading independent honor for City employees given each year who have long years of service working for New Yorkers.
